        "text": "Fairly good customer service, the receptionist talks way too fast and not loud enough to understand mainly on the phone when checking in she is easily distracted and a little bit short with my questions otherwise I will rate Hear USA 8 out of 10 I have been there for several appointments and have never gotten seen at the scheduled appointment time always late",

        "text": "The entire team at All American Hearing worked closely together to make my experience a positive one. I was nervous about my hearing issues, what the tests would show, and my perceived complications of wearing hearing aids, but Lainey and Lisa made it easy and supported me every step of the way. It has been empowering to have full hearing back and it is great to know their team is available to help me if any concerns or issues come up. This was the first time a hearing specialist didn't send me away, but instead identified that while my changes might be a small loss, my hearing frustrations did indeed warrant an exam and could be addressed.",

        "text": "I was greeted very friendly and welcoming by Lisa. I was taken back within a few minutes. Laney was also very friendly and accommodating. She was clear and thorough in explaining each test procedure. After the test results she was kind but honest about my prognosis and options for improving my hearing.",
