It was great and very professional!!
Saw them for the first time a year ago, then just had my annual follow-up. The entire office has been a pleasure to deal with at each visit, very courteous, with excellent communication. Although I do not yet need hearing aids (my spouse would disagree — ha!), we have baseline testing results, and will continue to monitor moving forward. Recommended!

I’m thankful that you folks came to Lakeview. It’s 280 mi round trip for me to get to your office. There are several folks here that have a hard time getting to Redmond to get service on their hearing aids. Especially since your sales people came here and sold the aids to them and now they can only come down once or twice a year. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy with ay aids and with the ladies in your office just wish the management would let them come down and service the aids more often.
They know what they are doing. I finally got my hearing working great 😃

I went to All American Hearing after receiving an invitation in the mail for a free hearing test and 25% off the aids if I opted to buy. The ladies, Lisa and Lanie were so pleasant and professional and helped me in the decision making process. There was no pressure to buy and they answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone who may be suffering hearing loss and needs to be evaluated.

Fairly good customer service, the receptionist talks way too fast and not loud enough to understand mainly on the phone when checking in she is easily distracted and a little bit short with my questions otherwise I will rate Hear USA 8 out of 10 I have been there for several appointments and have never gotten seen at the scheduled appointment time always late

I was greeted very friendly and welcoming by Lisa. I was taken back within a few minutes. Laney was also very friendly and accommodating. She was clear and thorough in explaining each test procedure. After the test results she was kind but honest about my prognosis and options for improving my hearing.
Worked with us to get hearing aids fixed so we could manage to get them fixed
