Rachell Cook, HIS-T
Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee
My name is Rachell Cook and I have lived in Central, Oregon for 20 plus years with my husband and raising our 2 kids. I love Redmond because, it has the small town feel like the one I grew up in (Fossil, OR.). Some of you might know me from the Veterinary world since I was technician for several years but decided to go on a new career path and become a Audio Tech, which I am most excited about working closely with the community and helping people feel good about themselves.
In my free time I like to spend time with my family while camping, fishing, and just being outdoors. Hope to see you soon in the Office and hear about all your wonderful Central Oregon adventures.
Mary Nash
Patient Care Coordinator
I’m a proud Oregon native, raised in the small eastern Oregon community of Fort Rock and rooted in Central Oregon, where I’ve called Redmond home since 2003. The outdoors is where I feel most at home—whether I’m capturing moments through photography, camping under the stars, casting a line while fishing, or embracing a little thrill with the occasional bungee jump.
Family is at the heart of everything I do. My son and grandson inspire me daily to live with purpose, stay present, and make a difference in the lives of others. My path into hearing care is deeply personal. Growing up with a deaf mother gave me firsthand insight into the importance of connection, communication, and access to sound. That experience continues to shape my work today.
In my role at All American Hearing, I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with sound and experience the world more fully. I believe in creating meaningful, positive interactions and bringing empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help into every conversation.
